HI-TEC Industries

HI-TEC Industries packages and markets adhesives, sealants and related products. The company purchases materials in bulk from major domestic and foreign suppliers. HI-TEC then packages these various products into cartridges, tubes, or plastic pails. The packaged products are privately labeled or are sold nationally and internationally under the Project 1™ label to OEMs and through numerous wholesale distributors.

The company operates in two business segments:

   - HI-TEC branded product, marketed under the brand name of Project 1™
   - Private Labeling / Custom Packaging

Our distributors sell these adhesives and sealants primarily to the construction, industrial MRO, HVAC, RV and manufactured housing, insulation, automotive aftermarket, and paint and sundries industries.
